"Very poor customer experience. We came here to buy power bank for iphone but no one was entertaining us despite we asked from 3-4 staff members. Intact when we were browsing un-attended 2-3 people from their staff watching us and commenting on us instead of helping us as we were in uniform and were holding our bags and helmet. Although we ended up buying one power bank and USB cable but didn’t expected such poor customer service from a very big brand like Tata. Disappointed and will never come back and recommend a shop like this."

He was excellent in understanding my requirements and going an extra mile in getting the best deal on this overall set. "I had a very good expectation from CROMA when I heard it from my freind.BUT when I reached here I bought the Ac payment done and they told me they will delivery the Ac to my address when it reached ,the time comes for installation and the installation officer came we opened the box it was very messy first of all and old one ...also there were things missing inside some parts were broken ....I was very sad about it ...the croma brand has became fraud for me me though I got my money back ...but dhokebaji ka dhaba lag gya na .....so please take care when you buy anything from CROMA THANK YOU MATHEW FRANCIS"
